Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before dispatch for a full refund. Personalised, engraved or branded items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Damaged or incorrect items

If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, please share photos with us within 24 hours of delivery at enquiries@curatedgifts.in or on WhatsApp (+91 90369 34253). We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-returnable items

Due to their nature, perishable food items, personalised products and opened goods cannot be returned unless damaged.
